Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card number
Usage data: which lessons you've watched and your progress
Quiz data: your answers and scores for course quizzes

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and operate the platform
To send you course enrolment confirmations and important updates
To calculate and process scholar payouts
To show your learning progress in your dashboard

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Supabase — authentication and database (EU region)
Stripe — payment processing and scholar payouts
Mux — secure video hosting and delivery
Resend — transactional email delivery
Vercel — platform hosting

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g. payment records).

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR and UK data protection law, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and data
Object to processing of your data
Data portability
